First Session Starts Here
I meet with job seekers one-on-one in what I call a Career Action Planning (CAP) Session. This two hour session provides a full assessment of what’s been happening in your career search. It includes the following:

• The book From Roadkill to Road Map
  (8 steps to put your career in drive without taking costly detours)
• A recording summarizing the session’s results
• A 45-minute follow-up session

Much like a doctor, I listen to what’s been causing your “career pain.” In other words, where you’re getting stuck or stalled in the process of making a career transition. In this session, we will identify three things:

• What you’re doing that’s excellent and working for you.
• What needs attention – identifying and analyzing what we can change or add to your approach to reach your greatest impact or potential.
• Next steps you can implement in order to reach your career goal.
